It was the first-ever formal training program launched by AFAQ’s Training Division back in 2003. DTE (Diploma in Teaching Effectiveness) was a residential training Program for educators from all over Pakistan. Participants received completion certificates after the successful implementation of cluster-based training in their home towns within the next six months.
